Edgy in the extreme. When Alan Partridge said, "Scum, sub-human scum", he could have been describing the clientele here. Avoid at all costs. camraman123 - 9 Apr 2011 22:22
I can't really think of a positive. Only 'beer' is a Bass Smooth. It's Kronenbourg all the way here. plymouthpirate - 5 Dec 2009 12:39
Dire. Last time I was there was for England v Russia(?) and some guy got glassed, which seemed a bit OTT. Pretty ropey, but handy location if you're desperate / can't bear O'Neills up the road and need to see a game... toaster - 2 Oct 2008 21:21
right beside the bus station you can get served here from early am. other than that its pretty grim. Gluggy - 16 Jun 2008 14:08
I think this place is in need of an updated review. It's very clean, extremely well run with a high standard of service and a good range of (admittedly continental) 'beers'. It used to have an awful reputation when it was known as the Welsh Pony years ago but I use it frequently whilst waiting for a bus home and can recommend it. GRMull - 3 Mar 2008 22:12
