| Seen quite a few subtle changes here, in the years I've been working in Terminal 1. Expect to pay more than you would in a normal Wetherspoons, unless you're airport staff, then you get 20% discount. Usually London Pride, Abbot, and a guest ale on. All well kept. Food normally quick to come out, and most of the staff have a personality, so you can actually talk to them. | Visited twice in the same weekend due to airport delays, first time early on Sat morning, second at Sunday lunchtime. Actually fairly impressive for an airport Spoons. Nice food, prompt service despite being horrendously busy. Decent pint of Bishops Finger, ideal fortification for a 36-hour delayed flight to Hong Kong via Finland!! Mike_Oxhard - 23 Aug 2007 13:35 |
| well well well.. what can i say.. everything seem so square and uncomfortable. i know this is an airport but they really want you to know that at the sky lark. it feels like sitting in the departure lounge before your there. maybe i had a bad experience and it was there off day when i was there but cold food and warm beer????? shouldn't it be the other way round paul.1 - 14 Dec 2006 22:24 |
