| Friendly local type spoons. Used to be heaving every night but now not on the student and trendy circuit. Still worth a visit, staff and real ales are both very good. | The only good things about the place are the name and the way out. Given Pearson's anti-alcohol principles, (about the only ones he had), it's quite a good joke. | The most unpleasant spoons I have been in,it looked like a refuse wagon had been in,unloaded then left.
