| Always been a nice place, but the beer has in the past been lacking in quality. From my last few visits this is no longer the case. Wells Eage IPA, Courage Directors and occasionally Bombardier in great condition. | Prompt and friendly service. Limited range of real ale (Courage Directors and Wells Eagle Smooth, were on). Has two bars, one has a big screen showing music videos and possibly sports and the other is on the other side of the bar, which I am yet to venture into. If walk past 'the main' entrance, and look in the pub door, it seems deadly quiet, which could put people off but if you have to actually walk in you can see where most of the customers are.
