Only used to sink a few pints before Cobblers and a meal on the odd occasion. Packed on Saturdays for obvious reasons. Does what I expect it to. Average.

Handy for pre-footy drinks but food absolutely atrocious.

Good cheap n cheerful pub, loads of Sport on TV and a seperate bar for rowdy sports fanatics!! Ordered a 10oz Steak dinner there recently which looked and tasted like a piece of burnt leather but I was too scared to complain in case it was shoved down the chefs trousers before being re-presented to me!!
Have had better meals there in the past though and the Mammoth sized dessert is scrummy!!! Chocolate brownie pieces, ice cream, whipped cream, malteasers, milky way magic stars and chocolate space dust!! Mmmmm!! Worth a try!! x

Bar too smokey, food cheap and nasty - dripping in grease, and overcooked but almost cold!! Service poor, waitress had a face like a robbers dog and i'd rather have a dodgy curry than go there again.

This pub has got two great bars, one for familys and a great sports bar. The food is amazing value and for live Footie...The best in Northampton, which is great as its next to Northampton town football ground
