| What a great pub, the food is excellent and a great choice of real ales. The atmosphere is always warm and welcoming and the staff are efficient and friendly. | Last came to this pub over 25 years ago, when it was a Harvester, Beefeater or something like that - Vintage Inns now. We ordered a mixed grill between us as usually pub mixed grills are too big for one each - but not this one! For nearly £15 I expected a biggun! but to be fair, what it lacked in quantity it made up for in quality. Excellent food beautifully cooked.
