| I was there the same night as the previous commenter, was totally shocked by what happened. The barman flipped on these two girls and chucked a jug of water at them for leaving tissues on the table (think one of them had a nosebleed). shouting 'I hope you catch pneumonia' as they left. | You might be away from the Hoxton trendies but you're also risking getting verbally abused by the bar staff. We got totally set upon here and several people walked out at the way my friend and I were treated. Seriously, avoid this place at all costs. peartree1 - 29 Jan 2012 20:37 |

| There are some RIGHT characters who drink in here (or did a couple of years ago). Lee Kelly (of Kelly's pie and mash Bethnal Green Road) chewed our ears off and force fed us Bensons a couple of times until we started to avoid the place! Good cheap Guiness though. danrkelly - 4 May 2005 14:45 |
