| This being my local, I will always have a good word to say about it. Great staff. Agree with other comments about atmosphere improving since the smoking ban, and the Burgers are to die for (Cheese and Bacon...mmm) Great selection of ciders for us cider drinkers also. | A great pub - it used to get rather smoky inside but since the smoking ban I've been back twice and it is a great place for an evening of bonhomie. The garden is pleasant too, and I'm looking forward to trying out one of the White Horse BBQs one day.
