| After a visit to the Rose & Crown in Islip (listed on here), I arrived in the village of Woodford. I'm sad to report that the White Horse is no longer. There are a couple of new housing developments along the narrow lane where this pub presumably once was. | The White Horse Inn is a traditional village pub. It is situated on the edge of the village with great view over the Nene valley - especially from the conservatory/dining rooms. A good range of beers are on offer and the food is excellent - Try the Sunday roast! Traditional games eg. Northampton skittles are a regular feature.
