The two bars in this pub are like chalk and cheese.

One bar is like a dingy nightclub and the other like a restaurant.

Just all a bit odd for me, the place is huge though with some outside seating (rare in Camborne) but the spoons across the road wins every time.

Lounge bar found to be lacking, not in customers but in seating facilities. The interior needs to be vehemently brought into the current century, considering that a major and much larger company has eyes to open a establishment within shouting distance. Lounge bar area small with limited seating available, however, the connecting restaurant area can be available for large groups or parties but not pointed out by staff when first ordering food and drinks. (area can be booked)
Also within the hotel there is the function bar area, very spacious with large bar area which can and will get extremely busy.Food is available within both areas, menu being the same in both areas but with reduced cost if ordered in the function bar. Staff share duties between the two bars where it can be and has been noticed the wait for service is some what excessive.

I'll give this place a 1 because of Terry the polite barman and his good pint of Tribute.

However, the place is horrible. On my lunchtime visit, it was populated by very loud, heavily tattooed young blokes. They were accompanied by females and babies. All the pushchairs made the place resemble a creche, not a pub.

Camborne must be another Redruth.
