| My boyfriend's brother recommended this pub to us and we have been there twice (we live in Edinburgh and the pub is in Sauchie so unfortunately it is not our local.) The pub is excellent - its nice and cosy (good heating), the staff are very friendly and helpful. The food is absolutely delicious. We definately recommend the macaroni cheese and pasta dishes, as well as the beef and ale pie. My boyfriend said the beer was good, but I stick to coffee cos I am the driver, and even the coffee is yummy. We definately give the pub a 10/10 and everytime we in the area we drop into the pub - cos its a great pub!!!!! wino01 - 9 Oct 2008 22:01 |
