just a normal wetherspoons, same faces everynight, nice staff and it's cheap, say no more dizzeerascal - 11 Feb 2011 20:25
Good selection of local ales. clean and well populated. Leicesterbeer - 25 Oct 2010 20:53
Always a great selection of real ales, great, informative, friendly staff, distintive character(s)-no music or TV so your conversations aren't being perpetually battered and violated by excessive marketing My family & myself like the place though my favourite pub still has to be The Seahawk for great music and family-like atmosphere WodjahBildaberg - 25 Apr 2010 11:14
"i went here the other other day and was greeted by a man with no neck sitting on the table outside who was shouting racist abuse at passing asian women". How've I missed this place? Pure comedy in my book. "Man with No Neck" - I'll be in tomorrow! radiojoe - 13 Mar 2010 23:16
geez, those reviews are really old. Let me update you with some infos. Those foods are not so bad but cheap value so I liked breakfasts better than a cafe near morrisons shop. There are also many guest ales and regular pints but no tv except game machine. The men toliet is so not bad but quite clean. Overrall is the pub is just another weatherspoon and I never knew that the pub used to be an snooker hall.. geordielad78 - 13 Nov 2009 23:32
