A very nice Pub serving quality cask ales and good food with entertainment some nights. Beers included Shropshire Gold, Purple Moose, Hobsons plus others all in fine form. Good steaks last night along with great enterainment in the form of an accoustic set from Mr & Mrs Paul Parker. Quality!

Just had a great weekend at my mates wedding in shifnal. We stayed at Odfellows in a very reasonably priced room, above the bar. On the friday we had a great meal, about ten of us. The bar was packed, the beers (Shropshire Gold, Exmoor Gold, XXX from a small local micro) were all in excelent form, they also have a good range of continental beers like Leffe and Hoegarden. The staff were great in the restaurant, even though we hadn't booked, and the breakfast on Saturday morning was well worth hanging around for (they don't start serving till after 10.00!)

Interesting pub/restaurant, you either love it or hate it.
Personally I don't like the place, drinks are overpriced, staff are miserable, terrible bar layout (when you stand at the bar you block the passage between the front and back).

When you are seated in the restaurant you feel like you are in a bar yet they still charge restaurant prices not bar menu prices!!
