Great pub, staff very friendly - always show the Rugby and GAA for me no matter what other sports on, seem to be able to show 4 or 5 things at the same time... I have found my new local :-) Buyusadrink - 13 Aug 2011 13:38 |
| Surprisingly huge pub, friendly service, fantastic music on Sunday nights! PollyWitch - 12 Nov 2010 23:58 |
| I liked it in here as there was a good vibe from the other punters and I found the barman to be very friendly. There is no real ale, but I wouldn’t expect any in an Irish theme pub. Like others have said, this is a surprisingly big three floored pub with a faux rustic feel at the front that seems to tail off as you round the bend to the large open area housing a pool table at the rear. There are plenty of plasma screens dotted about for the showing of Sky Sports and there is also a dartboard by the entrance at the front of the pub. I would go back here if in the area again. | Looks quite nice, but no real ales here. oftenscore6 - 16 May 2009 15:39 |
| Very nice pub. Like other users have said, surprisingly massive with 3 floors (the 1st floor would be great for a private party). Decent bar stuff, reasonably priced drinks and the food's quite good too. The DJs they have on Fridays & Saturdays I've been have been quite ok too and got the place moving. Definitely worth a visit. julesyc - 1 Oct 2008 18:16 |
