| Visited last night with some friends for a couple of hours, very good by any standards and it was almost full to the brim but I must admit superseagulls (below) has got a point on price. That said, I don't know of a nicer and cleaner looking saloon bar anywhere near here. | Gone slightly down hill of late you only seem to fit in if your a local here. The beer is very pricey but what pubs arnt? Food is very basic and not cheap either! Good meat raffle on a Sunday but beware the pub shuts at lunchtimes (get with the times and stay open all day). superseagulls - 26 May 2008 13:07 |
