| A charismatic village pub, friendly atmosphere and perfect for a weekday lunch. As others have said the food menu is basic, but the food was of excellent quality and reasonably priced by pub standards. Choice of ales was also limited (Pride, Abbot, Tetley, Harveys) but in excellent condition and cheap at 2.85 a pint. | Gone slightly down hill of late you only seem to fit in if your a local here. The beer is very pricey but what pubs arnt? Food is very basic and not cheap either!
