| Went in for a meal 15/11/07, waited 20 minutes for the starter to arrive, the soup was advertised as "soup served with a fresh baked baggette", it turned up with 2 slices of white bread,When I pointed out the difference the girl said it was a new menu said she would see about it and never seen her again, then another 25 for the main to arrive. It was not anything unusual one was a salad and one gammon. That was after I asked how much longer it would be. I said to the person serving the food that the wait was unacceptable he said that he would get the duty manager, we ate our meal waited another 10 minutes no duty manager so we give up and left.
