| One of the better Weatherspoons, will come to buts soon. Excellant range of beers, usually a Phoenix beer on, and kept fairly well. Opens late most nights. The buts, service is hit and miss. Staff have a bad habit of putting the pegs in the barrels before final orders. A better pub during the day, can get very noisy and "bashful" at night. | Up until about a year ago this was a great pub, but unfortunately it now seems to be full of chavs and staff who can't be bothered to serve anyone. The phrase that springs to mind is too many chiefs and not enough indians as there always seems to be at least three managers knocking about and one or two staff behind a bar which is quite regularly queueing three deep anonymous - 10 Aug 2005 14:11 |
