Some decent beers here, Abbotts and IPA sometimes pop for a quick one! neil19 - 28 Jan 2009 10:08
Great rural loaction but close to Yateley village, good beers, friendley staff. There always seems to be some form of entertainment going on which is good too. ivorwopper - 2 Jan 2009 18:42
Shall be returning soon for some ales, a smart pub wit plenty to offer! barry1 - 20 May 2008 11:29
Visited again and once again, I can only say great things about the place, the food and the management. Looking forward to the next visit. Beer6 - 21 Apr 2008 23:57
I love Beer6's comment "the people are cool". Have you just flown over here from Russia? Or are you the new landlord? If you class the turds of Yateley too be cool it dosent say much about you. This pub has the potential to be really good, being in a fantastic location with a nice building. However, the pub nowadays caters for any Yateley pikey that has been banned elsewhere in the town. If you want to hang around with tarmac'ers, bin men, criminals and bald old men with Alsatians this is the place for you. If you happen to be passing at closing time on a Friday or Saturday night, listen for the the intellectual debates that are held in the pub car park. "My boy billy never chord no logs" and "im going to glass you, you cunt" are just some of the inspirational quotes you will hear. If you manage to get away still wearing the shoes you arrived in you have done well. On the flip side, the pub is very lenient if you wish to leave your caravan in the carpark for a few weeks. 1/10. michelinreviews - 7 Feb 2008 17:55
