| WOW- Fantastic. The food really was superb, and certainly warrants the Michelin Bib Gourmand that this place seems to keep getting awarded year on year. The fine dining Epicurean Restaurant alongside the Brasserie looks good- but not eaten there yet, but will do. Superb Wine List, but if you fancy something exotic ask to see the list from the Epicurean restaurant!! Young staff, but obviously very well trained- they are a credit to this business, and what appears to be a very 'hands-on' manager- called Richard we think, but seemingly in control of whats going on.
