Good boozer this. The best in Boxmoor anyway. I've been popping in for a year or so and the welcome is always friendly. The Beers are always the same -HSB and Pride. It would be nice to have another Fullers one in on draught. They do sell Golden Pride in bottles though. Which is a nice touch. A good place to watch football if you're into that sorta fing!

Traditional small two bar pub owned by Fullers, with prices to match (HSB, £3.10 a pint). Well decorated and comfortable lounge plus a nice garden area at the back. Be aware that it doesn’t open until 2.30pm on weekdays.

The "patch". Top little watering hole probably serves the best lager in the area and definitley the best pint of Guiness. Sport on pretty much all day nice atmosphere only down side is it's size but it's well worth the sacrefice.

Cracking little boozer, serves some of the best lager in hemel and has a wide selection of beer and ales. Friendly landlord and bar staff, non-stop sport on the tele. Only downside is pub is abit small and when busy can get very smokey. Also dosen't serve food expect on wednesday night when they do curry and a pint for £5.50. Could do with a few more women in there as well.

Lovely little pub. Has all most people need. Good beers, nice staff, great Landlord and they do a mean hot curry !!!
Even though the public bar can get very rowdy during matches, never seems to be any hint of trouble. And now seems to be becoming popular with a younger generation, so it can't all be bad.
Much, much better than going to Town to watch a game and duck under punches and flying glasses.
Chav's eh ?
