Went past yesterday, and noticed that the window-frames had been freshly painted. Looked fairly bright inside too - I wonder if, for the first time in many years, this pub might be fit to use! Will venture in on my next visit.

Oh dear, why did I bother. Stuck my head in last time I was in Sherborne and the place is an open toilet. It should be closed down.

Oh dear! Definitely gone downhill. Despite a refurb, still a dive.

Funny how a pretty good pub can be turned into a rough dive in a few years. I've been in a couple of times recently but the place now seems like an overflow of druggies and yobs from the Cross Keys down the road. The beer was awful as well - it won't get a third chance from me!
