| A charming 17th century inn, offering a good selection of beers including Tetley's Dark Mild. The food is excellent too and I can heartily recommend the roast lamb or beef - beautifully cooked and great value. Comfortable and clean, with friendly service, car parking and easy access from the M6, you really must try this pub if you're in the area. (You'll find it in the 2004 Good Beer Guide too).
