| now under new local tenents, 4 very good cask ales on sale good prices; food very good all meat is localy sort very tender steaks.nice and clean 100% better than when it was cains well worth a visit; surport you local pubs in these times we dont wont to see any more closing; bom - 3 Jan 2009 15:31 |
| It looks as though this pub is now owed by Cain’s brewery, as there were four of their beers on. The Mild was sour so we had to take it back. It was replaced with I.P.A. (at extra cost). They didn’t turn the pump clip round and continued serving it to other unsuspecting customers. The rest of the beers were passable.
