| Popped in here for a quick couple after the Barley Mow. Stayed open late, was served around 11.30 I think. Landlord, Black Sheep Bitter, Pride and Bomabardier, clip for Spitfire was turned around. | When i saw this pub from the outside i thought it would be a great place for a nice pint of ale. Sadly not - it's in dire need of refurbishment and an injection of atmosphere. Very much a 'locals' pub and you're made to feel that when you go in. Walk 30 seconds down the road to the Barley Mow - it is better in every respect... chewi - 26 Oct 2007 15:59 |
