Nuneaton is not blessed with good hostelries so by default I tried the Felix Holt. Still has that Wetherspoons 'pub for sad people' feel about it but was pleasantly surprised to find Altons Triple F (in good order too). Staff were helpful and friendly although it was another quiet midweek night in Nuneaton.

Pretty ordinary 'spoons, but with a good selection of Real Ale festival beers on at £1.55 per pint (including the interesting, hoppy California Pale Ale) one really can't complain too much.

Got to be honest this is probably one of the best pubs in the town centre. The beer is well kept at 1.65 for a guest beer and you arnt waiting long for food.
I use this pub regulary when i can it is better than yates over the road.

A typically uninspiring Weatherspoons pub. Beers and lagers are well kept but the food is pretty dire even for a Weatherspoons pub! Cod & Chips looked as though the cat had played with it and the filled baguettes were like chewing an old training shoe. Having said that service was friendly and staff were quick clear away glasses and dirty plates
