Closed, never to reopen. Smoking ban cited as the main reason. No loss. The place was a dive.

what can i say !!!! the food is cheap enough but its just a shame its not fit to use as animal feed :-( my wife and i went there 12:15 wednesday 19/12/07 after ordering we waited almost 40 mins for our food we ordered a chicken balti and a cheese / bacon burger , the naan bread was rock hard as was the burger bum , chips stone cold as was the balti and the rice was like bullets , no sooner had i placed both meals on the bar the manager said i am sorry i will get your refund !!!! she must be a mind reader as i never said a word. she even refunded the cost of our drinks , obviously they new the food they served us was very very poor , avoid this place at all costs , we certainly wont be going back , this episode was definately our first and last.

A lively pub in Nuneaton's centre. A good place to start off as the prices are fair. Also weatherspoons opposite!!

the new stylish layout of the pub does not really fit with the folk of the town. but therefore some people like the relax environment. although the felix holt (weatherspoons)is a better alternative

If you are regular at other Yates, you'll know what to expect, music is varied. Meals in the day time and loud party nightlife at night. This pub used to be a supermarket that was converted into a pub. I have seen a few fights in this pub, but I have seen fights in all Nuneaton pubs. There are no pool tables in this pub that I can remember, but there are about four fruit machines.
