| Do not spend your hard earned money here. Door staff is rude and will throw you out without an explanation. It happened to me and a few friends. After buying some drinks they asked us to leave. We asked why but they wouldn't tell us. We wanted to finish our drinks first so asked politely if thats possible. However, after a few mins they then manhandled me (one had his arm around my neck) and then proceeded to throw me out of the club. In short, rude and intimidating door staff. | I agree msdoom, I follow the live bands that play there which have also started to play on Saturday nights. So it's not the best place to enjoy cask ales but the staff are efficient and friendly. | wtf at the comment below :S seriously though, it's not a place i'd visit unless it is rock night on the 1st thursday of the month. even that night is a bit hit and miss - get better bands playing!? unless you're into chart dance music, i wouldn't really bother unless you're super drunk. put the use of the old cinema to waste. msdoom - 20 Jun 2009 23:38 |
