Me and my boyfriend went for the day in bridlington yesterday, we wanted to go somewhere nice to eat and we thought the pavillion looked nice. My boyfriend went to order the food and drinks after paying for them he was then told there was a 40 minute wait. The food came to the table with no knife or folks, I went up to ask one of the waitresses she then pointed over to the self service were i found a used, dirty disgusting knife and folk i explained i am not using these, the waitress got me some clean ones.
The food was nice but i have been to better places but i know for sure we will never use this place again. After yesterdays experience it spoiled our day out.

Sat in the pavilion bar now and to be honest getting quite annoyed. Ordered our food over an hour ago and it's still not arrived. The pubs not too busy but yet waitresses are wandering around aimlessly with food not knowing what table it's going to etc and we have been fetched someone elses food. I think if we hadn't paid for the meal in advance we would have walked and tried somewhere else.

I visited the pub early on Saturday evening it was fairly quiet. I ordered a salad meal with chicken and bacon 6.95, which looked good on the menu picture but when it arrived 40 minutes later the lettuce was warm and the chicken was small soya type cubes. Fortunately I got a full refund and got an excellent meal at the Quayside Restaurant. I got a pint of bitter and a pint of lager at the Pavillion and it was over 5.50

Housed in the converted Floral Hall, this is a roomy pub with lots of wrought iron. Well kep beers and food. children's indoor play area (charge payable). For a sea front pub okay - but I've been in better
