| This pub is seriously underated by a lot of people. A lot of effort has been put into the Blue Bell to create it's 'unique atmosphere'. The drinks are reasonabley priced and they clearly look after their ale. I always have a great time when I go there and is a place I would recommend anyone who has an interest in pubs to go there. | This must be the greatest pub in Nottingham. What can I say, a great building, decent and friendly staff that you can have a laugh with, fantastic atmosphere and good prices. A nice quiet pub in the day time and a lively social-haven come Saturday night. I disagree with previous reviews because I often visit the pub and know what it is like at different times and know it's nothing like what has been said. The frequent use of the 'f'word adds to the unique atmosphere! I strongly recommend anyone in the area to visit this excellent pub. | I was confusing this place with somewhere else entirely. I don't know how I could have confused this place with anywhere else. It's really kind of nondescript, which can't be said of many pubs in the area. The drink is okay, I guess, but the staff are generally less than cheerful. Easy to escape from, though.
