| Have to agree with some of whats been said recently, the pub does get pretty lively with young hip types, and its usually impossible to move on the dancefloor.. i believe it is now open till 4am at the weekends! Not a place id like to see during the day! However as bob1985 points out, the doormen are known to be very agressive, people are frequently 'removed' from the pub and roughed up! Very frustrating to see!! The bouncers are rude, and in my opinion best avoided! Another gripe is being served pints in plastic glasses - Grrrr!! Ive never had a bad experience with bar staff short changing me though, and there's always plenty of spirits! | since the end of last year the company who own's bar sun, xtra, room 21, and the george hotel never have any beer any more cause they owe 2 much money 2 people and they have made bout 5 company's go bust in the last 2 and a half years and they have cut all the food menu's down 2 nothing and watch out cause the bar staff will short change u if u r drunk and the door man will throw u out for nothing and there pubs r rubbish now bob1985 - 3 Mar 2009 15:32 |

| Bar Sun is one of the best pubs on the lively town circiut in Kettering, in the day it offers a fantastic menu with really good food, at night it transformes into a fun filled bar with fab drinks promotions and the best DJ from Thursday through to Monday!! Amy - 11 Oct 2004 15:21 |
