The Bass House is no more! It has been demolished to put up housing.

Excellent boozer in my Cheltenham days, and with a bus stop right outside. What more could one ask?

Got a strange look off the locals when we first walked in! But they all became friendly, staff was very friendly and food was faultless. Beer was good

No this is not where J.Hendrix played...you are thinking of the old night owl club in Cheltenham. This pub is full of locals that will look at you if you walked through the door, friendly enough place place though and will serve a goodish ale.
