| On visiting this pub with family from london, Canada and just down the road from this pub, we had a very unpleasent experience, we waited for over an hour from walking into the pub to reciving our food, and there was only three or four other people in there, it was cold and they hadent put the lights on, all this aside the manager upset a great deal after a couple walked in sat down looked at the menu then got up and left after this the managger came over and said to the whole table that our two children in the party had been the cause of them leaving as they were being to noisy, they were laughing, but they hadnt left their seats and had been waiting for 40 mins this far for their food. So in conclusion the food was good (ignoring the bad taste in our mouths we had) the service was poor, the atmosphere bad, and very much not child friendly. anonymous - 21 May 2007 15:26 |
