| If your ever in Barnstaple this place is perfect to take you away from it all. Claytons is a contemporary wine bar with it's NEWLY opened Glass House Restaurant. Imagine the beam structure of a barn with glass between the beams, with contemporary seating & lighting & a view to the kitchen. The food is locally sourced as much as possible & is exquisitly prepared & presented. yes there's more - old black&white movies, a fish tank scene & more on view on the plasma, cosey cushioned booths in the chill-out zone & very fine tunes.
