| What a lovely ambiance - a real 'oldy worldy' feeling. I was speaking to the manager, Tasha, who was very welcoming and bubbly. The first time I visited this pub - but I will DEFINATELY come again and again! Drinks really reasonable - the people were friendly and bar staff knowledgable and approachable. | Very nice pub in an usually old part of Peterborough. Werrington is an attractive village inside a sprawling new town. The Cock has 3 good cask ales on offer, including one rotating guest. The service is friendly, as are the locals, who are more than happy to talk about beer or the issues of the day. Lunchtime food also got the thumbs up, 2 days in a row!
