| I have to say I could see the previous posters point of view on my brief visit. There was only 1 couple in the lounge who looked like they got turned down for Shameless. The Worthington cask was ok. The barwoman was eager to please. But yeah there was like an undercurrent of a lack of leadership in the place. | What can i say. The staff do their best to keep this pub a float, but the owner, John, is doing his damned best to make people feel unwelcome both through attitude and neglect. If you ever want to see what the effect of an unhygenic, alchoholic owner does to a business look no further. This is a shame, as i have spoken to the few loyal regulars who still frequent the Coity,who were telling me what a warm, friendly public house this establishment used to to be. My reccomendation would be to visit one of the many great public houses that Bridgend has to offer. Ang69er - 6 Jan 2008 18:23 |
