| Read with interest the writers comments of 22 july 2007. It really is a bit of a grim pub with the average age of the drinkers being 18 (possibly with a following wind). | up and down like a fiddlers elbow. sometimes the atmosphere is great and others its dead as a dodo. last night it was total crap. pretty souless really and bad decor but we arnt exactly spoiled for good pubs in melksham so I guess its okay. needs to be redecorated and brightened up urgently dannyfrench - 22 Jul 2007 13:47 |
| Great pub, great atmosphere, quiz on a Sunday, occasional karaoke, big screen TV, 3 pool tables and decent barmaids. Nice menu in the restaurant, although chef's a bit slow (waited 1hr 30mins for a steak and chips the other week) CarrotMuncher - 21 May 2007 13:38 |
