| Dave and Tracy are very friendly landlords. This pub's clientel are largely Man City supporters. Sadly, real ale is not normally available out of the football season. Even in the season, it often runs out soon after a match day and does not come on stream till later in the week. However, when it is available, you won't get a better pint anywhere. I have complained to the landlord about the intermittent supply. I urge all ale lovers to complain also, as there isn't any ale available for a wide radius. | Actually the Legh Arms. A brilliant pub, worthy winner of local CAMRA awards. Multi-roomed, welcoming to all (had a paddling pool for children in the garden), sensible range of quality beer, and the best corned beef sandwich I've had.
