This pub is open, though I haven't been in.

I lived opposite here for 14 years through many different incantations, was called the Mornington Arms which was a total craphole; this is the only time it's been anything near a decent pub except for once in the late 90s - before the landlod was sent down....
Now, it's clean, pleasant, has a limited but good menu, little garden out the back, good little local. As the previous reviewer said, the bloke from the Oxford has taken over, got rid of the dealers and seedy types, and has a good pub here now.
Perhaps the rating system should have re-started when it was re-named?

pat from the oxford arms has now taken over this pub..
if you want a pub that isnt flashy but plays most football.. and the food is great.. then this is the place in camden for you....

if you want to be seen...then ummmm no...

it kicks ass over the oxford arms...
sadly since pat left... so did that pub.... shame that...

I went in to this pub some time ago. It was good. A back street pub with some odd local people. When i went back a few months ago the pub was gone! It is now a "trendy" bar type of thing. Horrendous!! Just an other one. Yep, the big nice flowers were there as well, the sofas the whole lot! What a shame! My rating at my first visit would be 8, now it's 0.
