Rude, inept staff and a mixed bag of customers. Some good , some bad. Not I pub I would ever frequent until the current management have gone.

This is a pub i have frequented for many years, along with many other patrons who have stopped going there because of the unfriendly atmophere created by the lady manager. This pub has the potential to be one of the best in Enfield. No events or decent entertainment are put on to get the punters in, why? Not very child friendly either. If a child crosses the boundary line past the main eating area then the parent of the child is verbally abused by the land lady. Not a way to treat the customers, is it? What this pub needs is an clear out from the top. The poor bar staff have to put up with a lot and i feel so sorry for them all. Go there at your peril!

I did have a comment to make about this place, but I want to live...
|
Grim. Nothing wrong with the building itself or most of the furniture. Plenty wrong with service and "lively" punters. Beer choice is limited and quality is generally poor. A stereotypical estate "dive" pub that is best steered well clear of.

I thought that I had walked into the set of 'Shameless'!! dodgy, druggy, moody. Reminds me off some of the worst housing estate pubs i've walked into by mistake!

All I can say is three words... don't go there!!! it's full of ultimate low lives, junkies, Stupid chavs, basically if you like pubs with roaring chavs this is your place to go.If not stay away
|
Too many problem punters. you get stared at as you walk in and comments as you leave.
Stay away!!!

No, no, no.
No.
Although it does have pool tables.

A friendly mixture of Spurs and Arsenal fans makes watching sport fun. Live matches of Saturday games via U.A.E. Could do with more bar staff at times( Customers walked out on Christmas day 2004). The management are streetwise, pumping bags of energy into getting it right. If they could solve the Coke problem in the toilets ( not the famous fizzy Coke)it may bring more children in. Needs to bring back ' cash back' over the bar instead of the rip off cash machine. Good quiz night on a Thurdsay but dont enter for the prizes. could do with decent sport pictures instead of tacky flags and posters. High turnover of student barpersons, some even smile. A good atmorsphere with punters.

Serious dive.
That's it.

this pub was ok, just holding off the chav way of life with one out streched hand until it was distracted by a tap on the shoulder by a chav from behind. Now oh! my gosh we are in chav land. So if your a chav you will be very happy but if your not just walk on by. 03/10

This pub has just been taken over by a new guznor and even though he is from UP North he and his family have fitting in well.
The place has had a re-vamp and looks better, they have a quiz night on a thursday and there are plenty of tv screen's for watching the footy and music video's. With the video juke box on free play as well a various times.
They are also hoping to have a web-site up and running soon, I will leave a message here when is running.
All round a good place to have a drink.

Decent beer, serves Greene King. A few pool tables and several TV screens. Not the best pub I've ever been in but a better than average place to watch the footie.
