I would always go here as a student to meet my mates. It's a very student driven club with it's so called yellow card offers. Which on production of your yellow card will allow you to buy your drink at an acceptable price. If you don't have one the drink prices are a little steep. The atmosphere is good and the music tends to be alternative. I find the bar staff to be a bit full of themselves, often ignoring you if you are not a regular. The draught beer isn't good.

stick to the bottles in here. the beer is consistantly terrible. i dont care how cheap it is its just not worth the amount of time you will sat on the toilet the following day.

beer can be well dodgy sometimes.

been stung too many times with a bad stomach after drinking in here.

stick to the bottles now.

mind you if you are feeling brave and have one of their yellow cards its a pound a pint (i think its on a tuesday night)

Student pub? Town Pub? Not sure which.
Decent music at the weekend though and the beer was pretty much cheaper than everywhere else so it gets my vote.

Popped in on a themed Serie A night, was quite amusing, went as Paolo Maldini myself, but did not try the Karoake, my favourite moment was when a bloke dressed as Alessandro Del Piero sang Rick Astley's "Whenever you need somebody". Decided to leave when a Totti Wannabe tried to sing Joe Dolce's Shaddup ya Face!

In last night and it was packed out. Great to see the place back on it's feet. Pop In if you're ever going past, you may surpise yourself and like it.

I've just graduated no thanks to this place!! It's true, all students do spend their time and money in pubs. If it's going to be in Northampton, pick this one!!

Don't normally venture over that sideof town. Walked past and went in at the weekend becuase they were showing Live8. Ended up staying in the pub all afternoon, evening and night. Will definately be going back.
The highlight of the night, sad as it is, was when the bar was filled with people standing on it all singing along with Angels, a sight to behold and a good laugh.

Was in there on Saturday night and the place was buzzing. Great atmosphere and tunes, took me back to my uni days, the whole pub was singing!!

Downside thou, not quite enough staff and the tables were left cluttered with glassses for long periods of time. Minor fault thou on a cracking night

Massive pub, decent decor, great potential.
Too quiet at the moment though. Under new mgmt now, hopefully things will get better and busier.
