I went at New Year, and it has had a bit of a face lift. Great atmosphere, although there are now less chairs/tables.
Th Czech micro-beers have been replaced by (admittedly) well poured Staropramen.
I would definitely still recommend this pub if in Prague

This pub has now reopened, and still serves great lesser-known Czech beers and has live music most nights.

Although I'm a pub fascist and therefore to be ignored, when I lived in Prague I visited here once and didn't like it. An expat haunt, like O'Che's and Jama and all the others... little character and gets lairy stag lads in.

Good atmosphere,lots of small groups of Brits having a good time.Beer was hit & miss

I love this place given they do have higher beer prices than I like for a pub man its a cool place... if you have a chance look in the video room. Nice place alot of locals besides every so often tourist groups or stag parties from the uk....over all this place is GREAT!

Recently spent my birthday in Prague, and drank myself senseless here. Clientele mostly U.S. & U.K. ex-pats, but very friendly. Very hot waitresses the night I was there. Reasonably priced, too.

they kicked us out and refused to serve full pints. they served us only half pints.
it is a shite place. it smells but they had flying saucers made of wood.

Sometimes kerrrazzyy, sometimse mellow, generally an alright place to start the evening off. Round the corner from Chateau Rouge, so quite often a prelude to madness.
