Mainly Adnams. Broadside, ghost ship, Southwold bitter, fat sprat. Plus excelsior, black dog mild, crystal gold from west gate brewery in Wakefield. Jennings May the force be with you was on but not right so changed immediately with apology.
Pleasant pub, food on in the evening too. Central square bar bench seating. Well worth a visit.

Good range of Adnams beers plus Elgood's mild seems to have become a permanent guest.

It's okay and ale was decent enough - not a lot more to add really.

Really nice pub, good menu and choice of beers, recommended.

Excellent pub. Fine choice of Adnams and guest beers. Oyster stout was lovely as was the Witbier, though English brewers never quite seem to nail this beer style as they might. Great, great food too.

This ale drinker thought he'd died and gone to heaven !

A 'mini beer festival' greets those who choose to visit ; a truely exceptional range of ales that you cannot do justice to - unless you stay all day !

I managed the Earl Soham 'Gannet Mild', Nethergate IPA & Adnams 'Old Ale' and still regretted not having time for some others!

An open fire& busy, friendly atmosphere just added to the experience.
Highly recommended - as you would have expected !

Our favourite pub in Woodbridge. Great Adnams beers, plus- unusually for an Adnams pub- some interesting guests. Nice beer garden in the summer. Food served all day, and since our last visit the menu had expanded so that it's now possible to get sandwiches, baguettes etc if you're not after 'big food'. Children welcomed, staff friendly, it's all good.

A cracking pub located a short walk from the town centre, best visited on foot via a circular walk along the estuary to Kyson Hill, back down the lane, over the level crossing and across the recreation ground. That should give you a thirst!

Anyone who has seen any of my other comments will know my pet theme is small town & country pubs that offer too many beers, with a decline in quality as a consequence of inadequate turnover (try saying that after eight pints of Broadside!) The Cherry Tree seems to buck this trend, however. I have visited on several occasions, and although they seem to offer upwards of five or six ales, I have yet to have a bad one! Always welcoming, friendly clientele, dogs welcome - highly recommended!

Easily one the best pubs in Woodbridge if you fancy a quiet pint with a good selection of beers. It has a good sized beer garden to the rear. The pub itself is full of character and generally a nice place to be. The Thursday night quiz is always good fun, even if we come last (again). I've never had any problems with any of the staff, their beers or their food.

A reasonable pub, but best for families (in the garden, with children's playground) and old people. The landlord is a bit of a sad bloke, but nice enough. Not really a place to be seen, but nice for a quiet pint of good beer

I visit relatives in Woodbridge several times a year and this excellent pub is at the bottom of the hill where they live. A great place for a good pint of Adnams (and guest beers), lovely food and a chat with the bar staff and customers. Genuine friendliness shown by the staff; log fires in winter, quiz night every Thursday and entertainment on Friday. Highly recommended.

Fantastic pub to go to during the daytime. Not very good in the evening. Cluttered layout. Very friendly staff and perfect landlord. A good place for families and the elderly. Not so good for young 20 somethings in my opinion.

The Cherry Tree has the cheapest Adnams Bitter, at 2.25, in the town.

And the beers are always in excellent condition; though it is mainly a food pub, the landlord rightly takes a particular pride in the quality of his beers.

Food and beer as well as service is excellent.

We find Suffolk and Wood bridge have excellent pubs and we rate this as one of the best.

Ridiculously over-priced beers .
You're not 'Winner of the Cask Marque Award for beer excellance' as says on your menus, etc; you're a winner of the Cask Marque. Not even 'Winner', just an holder. There are 1000's of pubs in the country which have the Cask Marque, it's just a certification scheme, if enough boxes are ticked, you get it, many places with craply-kept ale have it, every single Wetherspoons does, simply because the owner of the company holds a Cask Marque certificate, so every new Wetherspoons will automatically be Cask Marque approved even if it sells the worst-kept beer in the land . This was very missleading text that the therry tree put on it's menus etc. . Some one who doesn't know about Cask Mark and such things would take what they've written to mean that this pub has won a national competion for beer quality. this missleadingness reflects the pub's ludicrous over-pricing of it's beers ( which were too cold, anyway) even though they are from Adams which is a local brewery. Admans brewery is in Suffolk, this pub is in Suffolk, not many miles down the road, this is what made the high prices even mor jawwing .
