regarding all your comments about this pub let me update you on a few things first of all it is a very friendly pub compared to some posh pubs a woman could not feel comfortable on her own but at least when you go into the blenham they look after you. Someone said it was full of pikeys well excuse me I am no pikey and I go in The staff and customers are the most friendlies people I know if small minded peolpe gave this pub another go it could really make a go of things as the old reputation has long gone so come on you stick in the muds give it another chance.

as the anonymous person unwittingly said; more and more new people in epsom are picking The Blenheim as one of their facorite pubs in Epsom
indeed FACORITE is the exact word i would use.

WHAT A FANTASTIC FRIENDLY PLACE TO WATCH THE FOOTY. A GREAT ATMOSPHERE, GOOD OLD FASHION FRIENDLY BANTER, LIKE FUCK OFF ARSENAL & COME ON YOU BLUES. REGULAR SOCIETY GOLF DAYS OUT. DARTS AND POOL COMPETITIONS. CHARITY FUND RAISING EVENTS, O.A.P CHRISTMAS PARTIES. ALL AROUND BLOODY GOOD FUN. A REAL SENSE OF COMMUNITY SPIRIT.

This Pub is changing graduly to be a more modern pub. The comments of the past are now historic and do not do justice to The Blenheim.
The regulars are a friendly bunch of people that will go out of their way to help a stranger that comes into the pub.
Also the pub is going to host a new curry shop with all the traditional indian meals that will be cooked by chief's from the Masala curry house in Epsom.
In the near future traditional English will also be offered on a daily basis.
There is a bright future for this pub as more and more new people in epsom are picking The Blenheim as one of their facorite pubs in Epsom.

what a miserable shit hole of a pub. full of pikeys and other dross. Avoid it like the plague. yuk
|
I used to live around the corner from this place but I never considered this as my local. It frightened the shit out of me. Perhaps the locals going in there with their pitbulls put me off.
|
Changed hands many times although the same old faces are there time and time again. More of a mature crowd, although you wouldn't want to spill their pint.

Good for an afternoon's footy watching. Mixed crowd but generally friendly even if they are generally Chelsea fans. Cheap-ish beer. Traditional old-blokes pub - not many left these days
