Cheapish bar and always lots of tourists in there when I go - which is a good thing. But I hope they realise that it isn't the real Cavern Club! I prefer the Cavern Pub opposite!

Went to this place when I was up in Liverpool during some North West Tour we went on a couple of years ago. Serve pints in plastic glasses which invariable spill everywhere and also it wasn't the most welcoming pub/club I've ever been too. Good to see all the Beatles memorabilia and if you have a bit of time, on the stairs down there are loads of messages written on the walls from over the years.

Great for tourists and students who like their music indy, cheesy or retro. Don't wear your best new white slip-ons though!

Distinct from, but related to, THE Cavern Club over the road. Loads of music memorabilia as might be expected but the loos have a lot to be desired.
