Sadly this pub has now been knocked down and removed never to come back again. if someone wants to update it and mark it as closed. Potters Bar is getting very devoid of decent Pubs.

Closed - apparently to be demolished & flats built in its place. Shame.

Pleasant enough refurbed locals pub retaining bar and lounge set up. They only had Pride on the ale front though so I went for lager.

Seems to be coming on leaps and bounds. Will need to re-visit soon to confirm.

New landlord Dave has given this pub a friendly feel. He is starting to book great live bands. Also good food.

Pop in this Pub on my way down too the Station its not too bad nice traditional Old style Pub as already said its got all the proper Pub stuff including a Dart board Etc. The only down side was no Real Ale on tap when I went in. Being a Tuesday early evening it was quiet when I went in but I will definitely go in next time I'm Passing I also found the Staff & other customers pleasant & polite

Great local pub.

clean glasses!, clean beer pipes!, 50p pool, Darts, fruit's, jukebox & football.

the only pub in PB to have Redstripe on tap.
& a buzzing open mic night every other sat...

not a trendy wine bar but a great british pub!

This place is split into two bars connected by an open arched door with a public bar to the right housing a dartboard, pool table and a plasma screen and the larger bar to the left has a plasma screen above the fireplace, but it has a social club feel.

There were only a few locals in watching the football on the week night that I visited and they seemed ok without being that friendly. I thought that the barman could cheer up a bit and maybe learn how to interact with people without coming across as rude.

There is a standard draught selection alongside Red Stripe and although there is an unused hand pump in each bar there is an option of Pride.

I wouldnt go out of my way to drink here again.

This used to be my local, but it has recently been ruined by one customer, a rather loud mouthed chelsea fan who racially abused a member of the bar staff while i was there, and was then allowed back !!! Frankly it has gone downhill over the last year, so if you want some racist abuse to go with your beer, this is the place to hang out.

Best pub in Potters Bar (not much to brag about though, true..). Cosy atmosphere, and friendly bar staff (although drinks are a bit pricey)- just beware the bloke who likes putting Status Quo's 'Rocking All Over the World'. ARRRRRRRRRGH!!! Oh and I believe they now have a new late license on weekend nights...
