Popped into this old favourite not to long ago and was pleasently suprised..Looks as if it has undergone a refurbishment - drink selection was superb and the detailed cocktail menu kept the girls happy! Large slouchy leather sofa's and a giant Palm Tree in the middle are all wow factors for friends not local to Nottingham!

Reading the reviews below seem to not do this place the justice it deserves..This is a classy place dont get me wrong, but the drinks were priced very reasonably compared to some places we usually visit (tantra / eschucha etc.)

We were staying at the George hotel accross the road and was conviniently located for the stumble home afterwards!

Would recommend to anyone looking for a stylish way to celebrate the evening..

This place was vile! Rude barman who looked at us like we shouldn't have dared entering his bar - about 6 people in the whole place on the Thursday before easter, huge leather pretentious sofa and for some reason they have rocks in the sinks of the ladies toilets?!? Drank our drinks very quickly then headed off anywhere else...

tacky and pretentious, a poor combo. Very very overpriced

Expensive, no salt for tequilas (was presented with a Sol instead!) and one of those annoying chaps peddling aftershave in the toilets.

Dire! save your money and go to somewhere nice. The staff are snotty and the prices are phenomenal! Keeps afloat by convincing young professionals that they aren't cool unless they spend 7 on a drink (and I'm not talking cocktails, expect to re-mortgage for one of those.) I seen strip clubs with cheaper drinks and had much more class.

Nicely decked out in a sort of chill-out-room-of-a-club type style (big palm tree sits above plenty of comfy seating). Smallish though so gets busy and is expensive re drinks
