What a mistaka to maka. I have never been in such a dive before until I came across this awful place.
The prices are lousy, staff are arrogant (not sure why as this place is nothing special). The toilets were disgusting one toilet had no seat, the second toilet had a seat but s**t smeared all over the side, Urinals did not work as they were overflowing so the staff just covered them with waste paper bags. To be honest this is a no go area, plenty of other pubs close by, just walk on by and do not consider.

Went there for lunch. Food was okay but expensive (£2 for small coke!) Customer service dreadful, that alone is a reason not to waste your time there.

Don't go there - there are far more better pubs and bars around that have good atmosphere and understand the meaning of customer service. We very reasonably complained after a waiter spilt a bowl of mayo in my lap and then just wandered off, without even bothering to get a cloth. It took over an hour to get a gruding apology, with the manager refusing to accept responsibility until we could identify the responsible waiter. Even then there was no offer of a drink or anything, just that they would reimburse laundry costs if I brought in a receipt. Yeah, thanks for that. Have heard similar problems of over-booking and poor customer service. They are in a part of town where they don't need to worry about how they treat people, and it shows.

Utterly dreadful place. Completely up its own arse. Thinks it a high class place, with prices to match - but without the ambience or class. The manager is a total pillock who thinks that being the manager of a third rate dive in Soho commands unrivalled respect. Er... 'fraid not matey. Never going back there.

how rude is the woman in this place? I didnt even meet her, I spoke to her over the phone. We booked a booth for a few after work drinks and when we had to cancel it (as our boss had been taken seriously ill into HOSPITAL) she started with the rudeness and the lip. I couldnt believe it, even when I explained what the problem was still she continued. Will not be going there EVER

This is not a pub - no pub grub, no beer, not even anything on draft, no fruities. JD and coke was my drink of the night, prices reasonable compared to other London places. Happy Hour between 5 and 7 sounds good so probably worth a visit then. Clients here won't move for anything, just push your way through. The Irish pub down the road looked better.

Have had some great nights here - most memorable was my engagement party two years ago where they treated us to eight free bottles of champagne because they double booked our booth - result! Don't remember much of the evening but I know I had a great time!
