Higly recommended. A quiet, friendly place with GAA on the big screen, if you like that sort of thing. Good stout, good craic. And as likely to have IRA supporters as BNP supporters. Which is very unlikely, indeed.

I only go here to watch Irish football matches but get increasingly annoyed by something every time I go. Usually its the crap service but last time I went to watch Ireland play Cyprus they surpassed themselves. For some reason they were showing some Saffa rugby match and the place was full of saffas. Isn't this meant to be an Irish pub? I don't blame the Saffas but what are the staff up to here? Ended up missing the first 20 minutes. Turns out they probably did me a favour as we got kebabbed 5-2.

Appearances can be deceptive, it may look like an O'Neills nightmare but is actually quite a decent family run venture. Personally I avoid any nights when theres live music, but don't let that deter you.

Really friendly quiet Irish pub, run by a nice Irish family.
Good beer, they know how to poor a pint of Guinness!! Very quiet, but that can be nice for catching up with friends.

Visited here for the first time last night, and had a great night. Not a poncy wine bar nor a place to pick up, but a great pub with nice people, and the music from Foxy and friends was lovely. Definitely a place for a quiet night getting a few drinks in with your mates, and having a catchup. I'll be back again for sure

This family run Irish pub is one of the most hospitible and unpretentious boozers around. Nothing else in Wandsworth town comes close.
Come in on a Saturday night for a great evening of traditional Irish music courtesy of Foxy and Friends.

Decent family run pub. The clientelle are a bit eccentric but the atmostphere is not at all threatening, so I think "TheWizard"s comment is a little out of line. Basically if you want to know what a pub in the west of ireland is like, this is a good bet. Also you will get to hear that sweet mangled thing that is a london irish accent.

Weird Pub this one, its seems to be a hangout for the Village Idiot Brigade or the local Chav scum Brigade. Very gloomy aswell.

The most splendid bar this side of the Irish Sea !!! Good one and keep up the great vibe !

Comments such as that posted by 'N/A' on May 17 are probably best ignored but feel that it warrants a response. Everybody's welcome in this pub and it is very much a non-political bar--unless you count Irish traditional music as exclusively Irish republican, in which case you'd be a twat. Maybe the sole basis for N/A's view that Tir na Og has the nerve to fly an Irish tricolour on the outside of the bar.

Good little boozer. Been in twice, once on St. Pat's day and was impressed both times. Good beer, friendly staff and the inside definatly needs to be seen! Recommended.

Excellent Irish Pub. A GENUINE Irish Bar, not a theme pub. The inside needs to be seen to believed. Saturday evenings drinking great Guiness, sat by a roaring fire listening to live Irish music, heaven. Vastly superior to the rather tacky GJs next door.
