This place closed as a pub years ago, it's now a Chinese Restaurant.

Another pub with a refurb... now called The Box Tree, still under Charles Wells. Is tastefull, but more a wine bar/restaurant than pub.Good beers and good food, but a little pricey.
Good atmosphere and live music or dj on friday and saturday nights

no beer when I last went. tried to resort to guiness. guiness was off. we had to leave. dreadful place anyway.

What a shame they had to play around with this place in the first place. I used to drink in this establishment when it was the Ancient Druids, where you used to get a nice pint and food. They used to brew their own beer on the premises until they decided to tart the place up and give it some daft name. I am happy they have renamed it back to Druids, but its no longer the same. Rest In Piece Ancient Druids.

It's a pub again, called the Druids (as opposed to the Ancient ones). Haven't visited, but the clientele look the same as when it was Ancient.

No longer a pub, now a wine bar called (I think) Bar Citrus.
