Fairly average, large open plan pub in the town centre. They had a lot of 'Duke' branded drinks on sale, but not knowing what these were, I had a pint of Bass which was fine. Good pub for the young crowd however, with plenty of large screens and even play-stations on offer if that is your thing.

Best place in Leam to watch the footy, as they have several large screens, including an enormous (80"?) one at the far end.
The £2 cider is pretty nice as well.
Young crowd/bar staff - one of my favourites in Leam.

THE WHITE HAIRED GOTH GIRL WAS EXTREMELY RUDE!! We also visited The Duke on Tuesday after a recommendation from a local lady in Voodoo bar. They have some great prints and graphics which I love- I often quote "Facebook is the opium of the people" to my employees. Friendly staff (aside from the one on the open air bar) charity shop prices, fantastic interior (I'd like to know where to get that label wallpaper in the restroom) If I'm in the area again I would revisit

I would highly recommend the cider here not only because it is only 2 for a pint but because it is a very nice drop. The staff here are very helpful and have a great way of making you feel welcome, after a few visits my wife and I were on first name terms with Leon and David the two lads who seem to be on duty any time you go in. They've even added real ales and in the summer they have a bar on the roof. The only reason I haven't given full marks is because I've seen the head chef in the toilets in his whites and apron -which is why we don't eat there anymore. Despite this I would recommend a look for a very stylish bar with a low tariff, friendly staff and a warm atmophere
